Looking back at the great war

Markham Museum

The Markham Museum is a 25-acre open air museum dedicated to preserving the old buildings and artifacts from Markham's past. It has received recognition from across Canada for the way it connects with the community. For the centennial of the start of WW1, Clear Space worked closely with the museum archivist to look back at Markham and its role in the Great War. We aimed to uncover and project the greatest images, artifacts and stories from some of Markham’s best and brightest who served.
