But the reality is that owners and managers are so busy taking care of other facets of their business that they don’t have the time, expertise, or systems to manage this area. Grant Conrad, founder of MeritQuarter realized this opportunity, and created an all-in-one web-based employee review system that is low cost and has minimal company time requirements. He also recognized that a strong brand identity would be essential to attract new customers and establish himself as a credible service partner. That’s when he brought in Clear Space to help.
We established MeritQuarter as a simple and approachable brand; changing what is often perceived as a complicated and onerous task into a simple and efficient service that appeals to a wide range of businesses. The core elements of the brand include a strong ribbon logo that is extrapolated into a graphic system used for presentations, document covers, a responsive website and other digital media. We aimed to convey a friendly and welcoming brand image to engage and connect with existing and potential customers. A short animated video helps to position MeritQuarter as the choice system for turning workforces of 2 to 200 employees into a sustainable competitive advantage.
